Dr Kota Neelima is the General Secretary of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee and a delegate of the All India Congress Committee. Neelima is also an author, social scientist and politician. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Delhi and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Jawaharlal Nehru University. Neelima was a Senior Research Fellow at The Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins University, Washington, DC.She lives in Hyderabad, Telangana.
